Before launching Meal Ticket, Richae served as a senior leader at Uber, where she oversaw business enablement and operational strategy across global markets. Her career spans product development, go-to-market strategy, and investment readiness for high-growth startups and established brands alike.

At Meal Ticket, she brings together her expertise in data-driven decision-making, hospitality, and brand strategy to help restaurants turn anonymous diners into known guests—boosting loyalty, reducing waste, and keeping the plate at the center of the dining experience.

With nearly two decades of experience spanning hedge funds, credit funds, asset managers, and wealth management firms, Avyeel is a seasoned investment professional and strategic leader in the financial services industry. Holding a degree in Finance, Avyeel currently serves as Head of Portfolio Management at a Northern Virginia-based firm, where they oversee the development and execution of customized investment strategies for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) and high-net-worth (HNW) individuals and families.

Throughout his career, Avyeel has built a reputation for leading high-performing teams, executing trades across diverse asset classes, and driving research-driven investment decisions. His deep institutional knowledge is complemented by a disciplined, long-term approach to portfolio construction andoperational excellence. Known for blending analytical rigor with relationship-focused wealth management, Avyeel consistently delivers tailored outcomes that meet the complex needs of sophisticated clients.

Mehyaisha Jones is an accomplished and detail-driven Technical Consultant with over a decade of experience delivering strategic consulting, technical support, and client success solutions to Fortune 500 organizations across the Finance and Healthcare sectors. She has built a career around optimizing infrastructure, driving digital transformation, and forging trusted partnerships that yield measurable business impact. Mehyaisha is known for her ability to proactively solve complex technical issues, manage multimillion-dollar programs, and drive customer satisfaction through innovative, data-informed solutions.

Before joining MealTicket, Mehyaisha held pivotal technical and customer-facing roles at IBM, VISA, and Euronet Worldwide, where she deepened her expertise in cloud infrastructure management, enterprise system integration, API implementation, and technical project delivery. She led initiatives involving ERP configuration, payment gateway optimization, and complex data workflows across distributed systems. Throughout her career, Mehyaisha has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to translate intricate technical architectures into scalable, client-centric solutions—bridging the gap between engineering teams and business stakeholders to drive seamless implementation and long-term adoption.
